- Yes. Our BESS containers are modular. For projects requiring more capacity (e.g., 5MW/10MWh), we can parallel multiple units. We also offer OEM/ODM services to customize the PCS power, battery capacity, and enclosure branding based on your specific grid requirements.
- What is the expected Lead Time for a 1MWh containerized system?
- For standard configurations like the CubeArk 500kW/1MWh, the typical production lead time is 45-60 days. Shipping time depends on the destination port. We provide full project tracking and logistics support for global DDP/CIF/FOB deliveries.
- Does the system support "Black Start" functionality for off-grid areas?
- Absolutely. Our system is equipped with a bidirectional PCS that supports Black Start. In the event of a total grid failure, the BESS can initiate the microgrid and provide stable power to critical loads or help restart solar inverters without external grid support.
- How do you ensure the safety of the lithium batteries during long-distance shipping?
- We follow strict UN38.3 international shipping standards for hazardous goods. The batteries are shipped at a specific State of Charge (SOC) and protected by the container's robust structure. All units are insured during transit to protect your investment.
- What certifications does your BESS system hold for international markets?
- Our systems are designed to meet global standards, including CE (EMC & LVD), IEC 62619, UN38.3, .ect (optional based on region). We provide all necessary technical documentation for local grid connection approval.
- What kind of after-sales technical support do you provide to international buyers?
- We offer a 5-10 year performance warranty. Our technical team provides 24/7 remote monitoring support via the cloud-based EMS. For large-scale installations, we can provide on-site commissioning guidance and local partner maintenance services.

- The container is equipped with an industrial-grade HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system or Liquid Cooling system.
